Hello, Kenarry readers! I’m Pam from The Birch Cottage, and I’m back again this month sharing with you this collection of 10 free spring SVG files that you can use to DIY your very own Rae Dunn inspired mugs, pillow covers, canisters, onesies, and more!

Mug, onesie, and pillow with Rae Dunn inspired Spring SVG files for use with Cricut or Silhouette cutting machines.

I shared some Christmas themed Rae Dunn inspired ornaments and SVG files back in December. As I was thinking about what to share with you in March, I thought some spring inspiration was in order.

I don’t know about you, but I can always use something to brighten my days this time of year. I hope these 10 Rae Dunn-inspired spring SVG files will do just that for you!

RAe Dunn-Inspired Spring SVG Files

So, I’m not really planning to share with you how to use these Rae Dunn-inspired spring SVG files, but rather to simply provide the files in hopes they will inspire you. These SVG files are compatible with both the Cricut and the Silhouette families of cutting machines.

I also read that the SVG files are compatible with Brother ScanNCut 2 cutting machines. I don’t actually own a Brother machine, so I can’t explicitly contest to the compatibility.

Mirror Your design

If you are using heat transfer (iron-on) vinyl, don’t forget to mirror your design so that it doesn’t appear backward in your finished project. You’ll also want to be sure to place your heat transfer vinyl shiny side down onto your mat.

For additional help using heat transfer vinyl, here’s a nice tutorial from Practically Functional. Jessi also has a tutorial on using heat transfer vinyl with a Silhouette Cameo cutting machine. So, be sure to check that out if you’re interested in learning more.

Clean the surface

Before you begin your project, be sure to clean the surface of ceramic mugs, tumblers or other hard surfaces with rubbing alcohol and a lint-free cloth before applying the vinyl. Once you clean the surface, try not to touch the cleaned surface until after the vinyl has been applied.

customize the design

Although I have created these 10 Rae Dunn inspired spring SVG files for you to use, I wanted to remind you that you can add additional elements to the designs, resize the images or even remove part of the image (Hint: use the Contour tool in Design Space).

Please note that the cute little bee (pictured below) is NOT included in the ZIP files. This design is available for free to Cricut Access subscribers. I show it in the image only to give you an idea of how you can easily incorporate other design elements in the Rae Dunn inspired spring SVG files.
