Dipping strawberries in melted chocolate.

Can i use a different kind of chocolate?

Absolutely. I like to use light cocoa candy melts because they have that milk chocolate flavor and are easy to use but you can use any kind of chocolate you’d like. Some suggestions are white chocolate, milk chocolate, or semi-sweet chocolate.

  1. These look totally delicious, and beautiful. I make them sometimes, but I’ve got to try adding white chocolate or sprinkles to make them look nicer. Somehow, because it is a strawberry, I talk myself out of feeling guilty about them. I think I’ll make these for my husband and me on Sunday… when supposedly I will be watching another snowfall. What a winter!
