Payment Methods Accepted
At Kenarry, LLC we accept two forms of payment:
- PayPal – a secure online payment method. You can register online at www.paypal.com, however you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal (you just need a valid credit card).
- Stripe – a secure online payment method that accepts credit cards, international payments, etc.
Taxes
Sales tax will be added to your order, if applicable.
Terms of Use

Shipping
Physical Goods: Sales of physical good are limited to customers within the United States. It is our policy to ship physical goods within 2 business days of order. This time may be increased due to extenuating circumstances. We use standard shipping services which typically result in 3-5 business day delivery depending on your location. Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control such as weather. Kenarry, LLC uses a variety of shipping services including but not limited to: FedEx, UPS and the USPS. We may also employee third party fulfillment services such as Amazon Fulfillment Services or an independent 3PL warehouse. While we strive to choose reliable and fast partners, there may be circumstances that arise which are beyond our control. If such a circumstance occurs, we will communicate with the buyer to find a reasonable solution to the issue.
Returns, refunds and Title
Digital Items: eBooks, printables and other digital content are not available for exchanges or refunds. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order or if you’re unhappy for any reason so we may assist.
Physical Goods: Kenarry, LLC accepts return of defective merchandise and will pay for the return shipping. In an instance where the product is not defective but the customer still requests a return, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. Kenarry, LLC does not acknowledge receipt of a returned item until the item arrives at our facility. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Kenarry, LLC does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please contact us.
Pricing
With respect to items sold by Kenarry, LLC, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Kenarry, LLC is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
Sanctions and Export Policy
You may not use any Kenarry, LLC Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using Kenarry, LLC Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Kenarry, LLC Software), technology, and services.
Disclaimer of warranties and Limitation of Liability
THE KENARRY, LLC SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE KENARRY, LLC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY KENARRY, LLC ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. KENARRY, LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE KENARRY, LLC SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE KENARRY, LLC SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Kenarry, LLC Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Kenarry, LLC or through kenarry.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
Applicable law
By using any Kenarry, LLC Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Kenarry, LLC.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
Please review our disclosure statement, privacy policy and terms of use posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Kenarry, LLC Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
